Privacy Policy

Altavelo values the trust you place in us when you browse our site, plan a retreat, or reach out with a question. This page explains, in plain terms, what information we gather, why we gather it, and how it's kept safe.

Last updated: 4 Oct 2026

Who we are

Altavelo plans retreats and offsites for teams. This site is operated by JROQ Solutions, Vliegenvangerlaan 10, The Hague, Netherlands, KVK: 92713564. You can reach us at jesse@altavelo.eu

What we collect and why

  • When you send a request: your name, work email, company, number of attendees, and what you're planning. We use it to reply to you and to prepare a call or a sample proposal. This is at your request, and it's also in our interest to answer you.

  • When you book a call: the details you give our scheduling tool, Calendly, so we can meet.

  • When you join our newsletter or download a guide: your email address. We use it only if you've agreed, and you can withdraw that at any time.

  • When you visit the site: Framer's built-in analytics records which pages are visited and how people arrive. It sets no cookies and stores no persistent identifier.

  • If you become a client: information about your attendees (for example travel documents or dietary needs) is handled under a separate data processing agreement, not this policy.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the site and reply to you: Framer (website hosting and analytics), Google (Google Sheets, where form submissions are stored), and Calendly (scheduling). We don't sell your information.

Where it's processed

Some of these providers are based outside the EU and EEA, for example in the United States.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies to keep the site running smoothly and to get a general sense of how visitors use it. You're free to limit or block cookies through your browser at any time, the site will still work, though some preferences may not be remembered.

Tools like Google Analytics and Framer's built-in analytics give us aggregate usage patterns; they aren't tied back to you personally.

How Long We Keep It

We hold onto your information only as long as it's useful for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires. After that, it's deleted or stripped of anything identifying.

Your Rights

Wherever you're writing in from, you can generally ask us to:

  • Show you what data we hold on you.

  • Correct anything that's wrong.

  • Delete your data outright.

  • Withdraw consent you'd previously given.

Reach out to jesse@altavelo.eu and we'll take care of it.

Data Security

Everything you send us travels over an encrypted connection and lives in secure cloud storage. We keep an eye on our safeguards and update them as needed.

International Transfers

Booking a retreat often means your information crosses borders — to guides, permit offices, or service providers in other regions. When that happens, we make sure the handling still meets solid data protection standards.

Updates to This Policy

We'll update this policy from time to time. Whenever we do, the "Last updated" date at the top will reflect it.
